Position
Classification

Used to record all the occupied and
unoccupied positions in the institution. It
provides information on employee
assignments, position history and associated

Employee Record

Contains general
information on the employee's record, salary,
seniority, experience, banks, deductions,
etc.
Employee Profile

Presents a chronological
work history of the employee within the
institution.
Salary Profile

Used to view a summary or
detailed profile of the employee's salary.
Reference Tables

Allows you to configure
and customize the software packages based on
the institution's needs (e.g.: functional centres, job titles, unions, assurance
plans, pension
plans, various deductions).
Attendance Record

Used to enter the hours each employee worked
during the pay period.
It includes a
pay code generator as well as
control and analysis functions that minimize
human intervention while increasing data
quality and accuracy.
Schedule

Allows you to create and
view the work schedule of employees. It
provides additional information on the
turnover rates, quotas and assignments. It
interacts with the Replacement
software and sends data to the
attendance
record.
Replacement

Allows you to plan and
manage the replacement of employees,
irrespective of duration based on collective
bargaining agreements and local agreements,
while managing quotas and overtime.
Training Management

Allows you to manage the training activities
defined by the institution, including the
budgetary aspects and the application of
Bill 90 that fosters the Development of
Manpower Training. It includes the academic profile
of
employees.
Posting of Positions

Used to manage
the full cycle for
the
posting of
positions based on the requirements of the
different collective bargaining agreements,
that is
from the posting notice to the printing of
letters for candidates. An integrated and
customized scoreboard allows you to see the
posting situation at a glance.

Allows Logibec software to interface with
third-party software.
